How to get your enrollment email

1. Visit our website at https://pro.jh.sbtpg.com/login 

2. Click the “Trouble logging in?” link located above the Login button.

3. Select “First time logging in”.

4. Enter your email address, date of birth, and the last four digits of your SSN.

Once you complete these steps, an email with a unique link will be sent to you. Clicking that link will take you to the “Set Up My Account” page, where your email address will already be pre-filled.

You will be prompted to create a username and password that you choose and which you will use going forward.

Once your account is created you will be prompted to login with your new username and password. 

To better protect your information, our website has the additional security of 2-factor authentication so if you login from a new device, or login for the first time, we will send you a PIN which you will be prompted to enter on our website in order to verify your identity.
