If you own multiple offices, you may filter the information you are viewing on our website to see information related to a specific record.
To do this begin by logging into our website. Once logged in, select the "View website as" link at the top right side of the page to navigate to businesses you own.
This will reveal the menu displaying the list of businesses you own. You will see this feature if you own more than one office enrolled with Santa Barbara Tax Products Group (sbtpg). Select a record to filter your view of our website to only display information for the record selected. Certain website features are not available until you select a specific record.
When you are looking to return to your default view simply select "Viewing as.." to open the menu and select "Switch to default view" to return to your default view. The default view rolls all of your information up into a single view. The dashboard and reports display combined information for all of the businesses associated with you.
You may also look for office information using the search bar from the dashboard or from the Reports page.
When clicking into the search bar from the dashboard select the pull down menu to find several ways to search for a business you own.
Selecting a specific office or P-Center will open a dashboard overview with a brief summary of information for a specific entity you own.
To return to your original view select "Viewing as.." to open the menu and select "Switch to default view" to return to your default view. The default view rolls all of your information up into a single view. The dashboard and reports display combined information for all of the businesses associated with you.
